A Simple Founding Vision

In 1974,  Executrade Consultants Limited (ECL) founder Rich Stoppler had a simple vision: to innovate the recruitment industry by building authentic, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. 

Over the years, our brand has evolved into Executrade, Your Recruitment Specialists, now part of the ECL Group of Companies. We’ve established ourselves alongside our partner companies of Richardson Executive Search, Stoppler Hughes – Strategic Managed HR, and Outsource Payroll Solution.

Rich Stoppler brought together a team of recruitment professionals who also happen to be real people; and we are driven to bring together the best clients and candidates, while including our family values. 

We offer our services in both English and French to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients.
